Pillar of Prayer and spreading the Gospel is the most powerful; most available, free and enjoyable channel of communication, between God and His children. A non-praying Christian is indeed a struggling Christian but this need not be. God has asked us to call to Him and He will answer us and tell us great and unsearchable things we do not know. (Jer.33:3) Isn't this an awesome invitation from Jehovah Elohim the Creator of all things, our Father and the Lover of our souls? The enemy understands the power that is released to the weakest Christian on their knees and so he tries every trick in the book to distract us from praying. Sometimes he also uses powerful forces to block God's answers from reaching us as he did with Daniel. (Dan 9: 1-13). But we should never give up because the joy of being in the presence of the Lord cannot be compared to anything else.
When we look at the world today, we see many, hurting people. Some of these are Christians who have head knowledge of the power of prayer but do not know how to wage warfare on the enemy that is obstructing their answers to prayer. Christians have to engage in spiritual warfare without which we cannot overcome the enemy. The weapons of spiritual warfare have been given to us so we can pray from a point of victory and in confidence. Ephesians 6:12, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Missions for Mercy Ministry International and its founder Pastor Eunice Chege have been called and mandated for such a time as this, to teach spiritual warfare and the prophetic to God's children; how to war against demonic powers through the power in the name of Jesus Christ and also to help them understand the times prophetically.
The concepts of prophecy and spiritual warfare often seem mysterious, overwhelming or downright strange to many believers. Sometimes there are misconceptions that functioning in these areas is something reserved for the "super-spiritual." Lack of understanding and solid teaching causes many people to miss out on some of the most powerful--and most fun--aspects of our relationship with God.
