Processing Time
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day
Shipping Methods
We ship via:
- USPS First-Class (small/light items)
- USPS Priority Mail (medium packages)
- UPS Ground (larger/heavier items)
Carrier is selected based on cost and transit speed.
Delivery Time Estimates
- USPS First-Class: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
- UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on:
- Package weight
- Dimensions
- Delivery address
- Carrier pricing
Your rate will display during checkout.
Local Pickup (Arizona — if enabled)
- Free pickup option
- Pickup instructions will be emailed after purchase
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking number
- Carrier name
- Tracking link
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Incorrect Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address:
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded
- Customer is responsible for re-delivery costs
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund.
We will help you file a claim with USPS or UPS if needed.

Returns & Exchanges
Most items are final sale, as proceeds support our mission.
However, we accept returns or exchanges if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in original packaging

- Digital products
- Donation-based items
- Personalized items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you.
